Hello! I'm a fan girl and a lover of nice things and good design. Seven Studio started as a hobby to create nice things related to the groups I love. Thus in this small shop, you'd see many collections curated for many fans such as I, inspired by the idols I admire.We're a small team handling Seven Studio. how to order?

1.
Go back to home and click the cart buttons for the collection you'd like to order from. Ongoing preorder forms will be posted in our homepage.
2.
Click the button and you'll be directed to a Google form where you can browse our collection, read order and shipping details, and order your preferred item/s.
3.
Fill out the order form and submit your order. you will receive an order confirmation via email from us within 3 days upon submitting an order. Please do check your spam/promotions inboxes just in case you still haven't received any.
4.
Once email is received, pay for your order and reply proof of payment via email until the deadline of payment.
P.S. For fast preorders, we will require full upfront payment. Payment details will be given in the order form and payment proof will be submitted with your order form.5.
After confirmation of payment and order/s, wait for when order period ends and production is finished. We will send an email again once your order is ready for shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICYGrounds for returns & exchanges apply to orders with 1) defective item/s, 2) wrong item/s received, and/or 3) missing item/s from the order.If the package was lost and/or damaged during shipment (causing defective items to arrive as per courier’s irresponsibility), returns and exchanges will not apply. The customer can ask however for an extra stock or to preorder another stock, if management provides the option.We will not allow return or exchange for buyer’s wrong orders—so please make sure to double check your orders during our order period.The issue shall be brought to the management within 20 days after receiving the package from us. The management will deliberately check the proofs sent by the buyer and check if the issue is applicable for return and refund or exchange.

RETURN & DELIVERY
In grounds where we ask for a return of a duplicate item or the wrong item received by the buyer, we will arrange a Gogoxpress or J&T courier to pick up from your address. Delivery of the correct item/s will be shipped to you via Gogoxpress, Shopee Checkout, or J&T couriers. Shipping fee will be shouldered by the management.

REFUND POLICY
If the item received is defective (for inspection) and there’s no available stock item for an exchange (and the customer is unwilling to wait for another stock OR there won’t be any preordered stock), refund will apply.If the package received has missing item/s and there’s no available stock item for a new shipment (and the customer is unwilling to wait for another stock OR there won’t be any preordered stock), refund will apply.If the package was lost and/or damaged during shipment (causing defective items to arrive as per courier’s irresponsibility), refunds will not apply.If the buyer’s order was wrong/incomplete based on their order from the management, refunds will not apply. (Ex. Ordered a small shirt instead of medium shirt; ordered a phone case for Samsung A72 without indicating if it’s a 4G or 5G model).

NONSHIPMENT OF PACKAGE
In order to keep our storage manageable, we will only keep a package for 90 days (3 months) after the order has been ready for shipment. After 60 days, if package still has not been claimed, the package shall be available for sale and will no longer be available for the buyer. No refund will apply. All buyers will be notified that their package is ready for shipment via email as soon as the package is packed for shipment.

2) Do you have on-hand items?
Yes! You can order and check them through this link.
3) How does Shopee checkout work?
It works like any normal Shopee order, but the product listing is only worth Php 10. You'll need a Shopee account to checkout and pay for the shipping fee (Shopeepay, debit card, COD, etc.). We will send you a checkout link via email and also instruct you what to do upon checking out. We elaborate instructions so you don't have to worry.
P.S. There is risk in Shopee checkout deliveries especially when the package is tagged lost or damaged. Buyers choose this option for the cheap shipping fee.4) Will you restock this item or collection?
You can message us to specify which item or collection! Soon, we will open a GENERAL form to cater to our old items and designs.
5) Do you have my phone unit for your phone cases?
Kindly check this link first. If your phone unit is not here, kindly send us a message.
6) What's my invoice/order number?
Your order number is indicated in the subject line of our order confirmation email and in the body text. It's also indicated in our masterlist. For ex: BT007, MM029, BETS011.
7) How can I know that status of my order?
You can message us for the specific update for your order. But you can also check the group order updates via our IG stories (updates highlight) or Twitter (#ss7updates).
8) Do you do international shipping?
Currently, no. But before we allow international group orders and shipments. Since we're setting up the shop again, we won't be accepting international orders until we are ready to arrange and cater to international orders and shipments.
9) I'm interested in sending your product/s as a gift to someone. How do I send a gift?
We'll ask you to fill out a form via direct message. Send us a message first so we can discuss!
10) Where is your masterlist?
We send the masterlist link via email. It's included in the order confirmation email.
